Mindfulness is a compact, scientifically proved training. Combining a Western psychology framework with Eastern wisdom, the training of attention is the main theme.

Mindfulness helps you cope with stress, insomnia, pain, depression… it can prevent a burn-out or help you return to life fully recovered!

This training only on request. You stay one week in a double room at the Manoir (7 nights). All meals, syllabus and cd’s are included.

MINDFULNESS TRAINING ONLY SUITABLE AS A GROUP TRAINING?

This training is organized on many locations in a group. Guiding this programme many times, I noticed that the input is often too much in a short period of time for many people to process. Moreover, not everyone feels like participating in, or benefits from a group training. My answer is a more flexible and tailor made approach.

MINDFULNESS TRAINING IN INDIVIDUAL SETTING

I offer a mindfulness-training for those who wish to do it alone or with one other person. I was trained to be a professional Mindfulness trainer at the Institute for Attention founded by Dr David Dewulf. Afterwards, I took the Dhamma elaborated course with Christina Feldman and Prof. Dr. John Teasdale.

HOW DO I WORK?

You will be offered every meditation technique that is offered in a group training. The advantage is that besides mindfulness trainer, I am also a psychotherapist and thus able to guide you with any issue. Each day there are 6 sessions of 3 hours with personal feedback. This way, I can answer immediately to your specific questions and needs.
